Electricians, mechanics, painters and plumbers are among the fastest growing careers in the U.S., and at CAP, these essential craft and trade roles make up about one-third of the workforce.

From the CAP headquarters machine shop, CAP Centralized Maintenance Manager Frank Barbaro spoke with 3TV’s “Your Life Arizona.” He highlighted the importance of these hands-on CAP careers that help keep Colorado River water flowing to the most populated regions of Arizona.
