As part of the Project WET CAP Educator Academy: Exploring the Colorado River, teachers from Clarendon Elementary (Phoenix), Estrella Middle School (Phoenix) and Holdeman Elementary (Tempe) used pool noodles, duct tape, Styrofoam cups and plastic containers to engineer a system that would deliver water uphill – just like Central Arizona Project’s
