The Lower Colorado Region Dive Team of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation joined with CAP to perform an inaccessible features examination of the Reach 11 dike inlet pipes in April as part of the 2025 periodic facility review. The inlet pipes and the outlet structures are constructed into the sidewall of the CAP canal, so an underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) was deployed to inspect the submerged pipe. Reclamation staff viewed images of the submerged pipe looking for any damage that might need to be repaired.
