CAP General Manager Brenda Burman and Arizona Department of Water Resources Director Tom Buschatzke convened the Arizona Reconsultation Committee (ARC) on Monday, Feb. 2. ARC is a broad-based group of Arizona water stakeholders from across the state focused on the importance of the Colorado supplies providing long-term water security and economic resilience in our state.

The meeting, which began with a welcome by Governor Katie Hobbs, provided an update on hydrology of the river, explanation of compact delivery obligations, an overview of the draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) and a status report on the basin states.
