CAP’s Environmental Department recently entered a vault on the west end of the system to remove outdated fluorescent lamps. The three-person team tackled the confined space project, which required readings of oxygen, combustible gases, and carbon monoxide.  The lamps were safely transported to Headquarters so they could be disposed of properly.
