The Mechanical Maintenance crew repaired the trash rake system in the forebay at Salt Gila Pumping Plant in the East Valley. This rare opportunity to work without water in the forebay was a result of the Salt River Siphon outage that included a partial recoating of the siphon to help protect against corrosion and erosion.
