For 17 years, CAP has hosted Safety Week, an annual, all-employee event that is dedicated to required and elective safety training.

Not only did CAP employees attend classes, completing nearly 3,000 hours of training, but they also shared their personal safety stories in keynote addresses.

CAP’s commitment to safety isn’t new. The organization achieved Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) status 20 years ago, and earlier this year, successfully completed a VPP recertification audit with a five-year approval period – the longest allowed.
