CAP Inspector Matt Duran captured this flighted friend hanging by the water in the Mark Wilmer Pumping Plant forebay. The plant is the first one in the CAP system and it is also the largest, featuring six 66,000 horsepower pumps that lift water more than 800 vertical feet into Buckskin Mountain Tunnel.
